Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including senior leadership experience within the commercial construction industry.
Demonstrated expertise in construction accounting, project forecasting, work-in-progress reporting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
CPA certification preferred; equivalent executive-level construction finance experience will be considered.
Experience leading accounting and finance functions for a growing, multi-entity organization.
Proficiency with construction ERP and accounting systems, including system implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to develop high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
